Exam Services Test Proctoring

Final Exams need to be scheduled by Friday, April 21st. Schedule requests for Final Exams will not be accepted after that date.

The accommodations that a student is eligible for are listed on the Letter of Accommodations. Any accommodations with an asterisk (*) following it indicates that the instructor can schedule for the student to take exams at the SDS office. 

100% Extended time for all exams and quizzes (double time)

Scribe for scantron

100% Extended time for math and stats courses only

Scribe for essay exams

200% Extended time for all exams and quizzes (triple time)

Scribe for all exams

Please place along wall or in corner of reduced distraction room

Human Reader for exams

Alternative format for exams: Braille/Enlarged Word/PDF

Use of CCTV/magnifier for exams

Use of computer software to read exam text

Adaptive furniture for exams

Use of computer software to record answers (voice recognition)

Adaptive lighting for exams

Use of computer software to enlarge text (Assistive Technology)

No evening exams

Use of computer software to read exam text

 No morning exams

Examinations over multiple sittings 

AM exams only

 

If the student has an accommodation listed above and the instructor would like to utilize SDS proctoring services, instructors need to complete this form:  

If the student does not have any of the above listed accommodations, they should test with the instructor/department or at the testing facilities on campus.  To schedule a test in the testing facility proctored by DCE, instructors need to complete this form:
