The Springboard Foundation

The purpose of the Foundation is to provide scholarships to full-time college/university students who have documented disabilities of any type, deemed to be protected under the Americans With Disabilities Act and/or the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. The Foundation’s intent in providing these scholarships is to contribute to the increase in employment opportunities for college/university students with disabilities.

Pilot Dogs, Inc.

This charity gives its trained animals to the blind at absolutely no charge. They also include four weeks of training in using the dog and will pay for room and board, all equipment, and round trip transportation.

Microsoft Disability Scholarship

This scholarship will be awarded to promising high school seniors with disabilities who plan to attend a vocational or academic college and target a career in the technology industry. The scholarships are renewable – each winner who continues to meet the criteria is eligible to receive an annual award of $5,000 for up to four (4) consecutive years for a potential total $20,000 scholarship.

Google Lime Scholarship

Google is committed to helping the innovators of the future make the most of their talents by providing scholarships and networking retreats for computer science students with disabilities.

National Federation of the Blind Scholarship Program

The National Federation of the Blind's annual scholarship program is the largest of its kind in the nation. Every year, we award more than $120,000 to blind scholars across the fifty states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico in recognition of their achievements and professional aspirations.

Learning Ally

Each year, Learning Ally offers two endowed scholarship awards for outstanding students with print and learning disabilities. The recipients of these awards are role models of success and inspiration to students throughout the country. The top three winners from each program receive a $6,000 scholarship award and participate in a national celebration.
